MMR is a business process and technology solutions company.

MMR’s consulting and design services are offered primarily in South Florida (USA). However, most consulting and analysis services are available nationwide and in most english speaking countries.

Further, skills and raw knowledge have been commoditized, and strategic advantage is short-lived. Therefore knowledge, skills, and their application must be continually renewed.

MMR’s founder, Albert John Cacace, began his professional career as an electronic engineer. Prior to his professional career, Mr. Cacace served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps; stationed in South Korea, he was responsible for the central region’s cryptographic communications equipment -– an assignment that required a Top Secret clearance with the National Security Agency. In 1977, with letters of commendation, Mr. Cacace left the military and began his engineering career with the world’s top real-time computer developer, Systems Engineering Labs (SEL), later with Ungermann-Bass and other high-tech firms, he designed and managed the design of networking appliances (Routers, Switches, Hubs and other LAN & WAN networking products). An Electronic Engineer by training, Mr. Cacace attributes his management and leadership skills to his experience and training as a Program Manager. Mr. Cacace has 20+ years of experience leading and managing international teams to the full-lifecycle of complex projects and programs. He is an accomplished writer, presenter, researcher, and strategic planner with extensive experience as a creative problem solver.

Mr. Cacace also taught project management tools and skills at a South Florida technical school. He enjoys reading, biking, hiking, and the occasional chess match, holds an MBA in Information Management and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
