WHO WE ARE

MMR is a business and technology services company

MISSION STATEMENT

MMR and its strategic partners are guided by the following principles. These tenets remain essential to MMR's evolving success

To Serve

At MMR we serve all stakeholders; incl. underwriters, partners, affiliates, the community at-large, and ultimately our clients. To maintain professionalism and credibility, MMR upholds the highest of ethical standards.

To Build and Grow

Transforming client needs into cost-efficient solutions requires diligence in staying on top of emerging trends, hiring only those who have the hard and soft skills to meet the exacting demands of an intellectually oriented business, and skillfully setting and meeting client expectations; mastering time management, communicating effectively, and eagerly embracing change.

Raw knowledge has been commoditized, and strategic advantage is short-lived. Therefore knowledge, skills and their application must be continually renewed.

To continually deliver the highest quality solutions, in the world of hyper-competitiveness, MMR resists complacency. The MMR culture therefore encourages new ideas and embraces change. In this manner, we are forever prepared to blend accepted methods with new concepts and strategies for success.

To Teach and Learn

At MMR we strive for excellence by developing our people, technology, and best-practices by whatever means sensible and feasible.

The MMR image, and the quality of its services, is a reflection of its collective knowledge, experience, creativity, and the cooperative mindset of its people. Hence the people of MMR, and all affiliated, are its greatest asset. Our challenge therefore is to nurture a timeless culture of creativity and cooperative learning. Within the MMR organization our learning-culture encourages mentoring and sharing of acquired skills.
